THE PRACTICE
What pranic healing is
Work with prana — the life energy the body runs on — to clear and settle the energy field around you.
You arrive as you are, sit back or lie down, and rest for an hour. The healer moves their hands through the space around you: reading the field, clearing what has grown heavy in it, and settling fresh energy back in.
People notice different things. Warmth, coolness, a light tingling. Sometimes a wave of relief partway through, sometimes very little at all — and none of that is a sign the session went well or badly. What most people say afterwards is that it was the deepest rest they'd had in a long time.
Pranic healing is complementary. It works alongside the care you already have — your doctor, your medication, your therapist.

HOW IT WORKS
What actually happens
-
A short call first
Book a 15-minute phone call with Shantha Rao on WhatsApp for ₹99. She asks what brought you here and what you're hoping for. If a session suits you, it is ₹700. If it doesn't, your ₹99 is refunded.
-
You settle in and rest
At your booked time, sit back or lie down wherever you are, eyes closed if you like. For a distance session you don't need to travel; you get simple instructions on WhatsApp beforehand. Many people drift close to sleep.
-
We close, and talk about what's next
What was noticed, what you might feel over the next day or two, and whether more sessions would actually help. If they wouldn't, you'll be told that.
A session runs 45 minutes to an hour. Give yourself an unhurried half hour afterwards if you can — most people prefer not to rush straight back into traffic.
WHO COMES
What people arrive with
- Long stretches of stress, or a mind that won't settle at the end of the day
- Poor or broken sleep
- Feeling drained, foggy or flat for no obvious reason
- Grief, a separation, a death in the family, a move
- Something ongoing they are already seeing a doctor for, and want to feel more at ease alongside
- Wanting a regular practice for their own inner work, rather than a fix for anything
THE HEALER
Who you'll sit with
Shantha Rao has practised pranic healing in Bengaluru for many years, trained in the Master Choa Kok Sui system. She sees one person at a time, from a quiet room in Banashankari 3rd Stage.
People often begin by apologising — telling me their trouble is too small to bring here. It has never once been too small.

Questions people ask
Is this connected to any religion?
No. Pranic healing grew out of older Indian and Chinese practices, but it isn't tied to any faith, and nothing religious happens in a session. People of every background come here.
Do I have to believe in it?
No, and there's no need to pretend. Plenty of people arrive sceptical — often sent by someone in the family — and that's a perfectly good way to arrive.
I'm already being treated for something. Is that a problem?
Not at all, and please carry on with it. Pranic healing sits alongside medical care — it doesn't replace anything your doctor has prescribed, and nothing here is a reason to stop or change a treatment. Do mention what you're being treated for when we talk at the start.
Can I book a session for someone else in the family?
Yes, that happens often — usually a daughter or son calling for a parent. They should know about it and want it, though. Bring them along if they're able to come, and ask about a distance session if they aren't.
Does it work over a call?
Yes. Distance sessions are done regularly, for people who can't travel or who live elsewhere. You book the same way on WhatsApp and rest wherever you are at the booked time.
How many sessions will I need?
Some people come once. Others come weekly for a stretch and then stop. It's discussed at the end of the first session — and there are no packages you have to commit to upfront.
Will anyone know I came?
No. What you talk about stays here and isn't shared with anyone. Sessions are one person at a time, by appointment, so there's no waiting room to sit in either.
How do I book?
Message us on WhatsApp. Pick a time for a 15-minute call with Shantha Rao and pay ₹99 online. If a session suits you, it is ₹700. If not, your ₹99 is refunded.
