This policy explains what personal information Disha Dira Pranic Healing Center ("we") collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The business is operated by Shantha Rao, proprietor, trading as Disha Dira Pranic Healing Center. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Your name and the WhatsApp number or phone number you contact us from.
• Your booking details: the date, time and type of session.
• Payment status and reference numbers from Cashfree Payments. We do not receive or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank passwords.
• The messages you send us about your booking.

We don't ask for medical history, diagnoses, reports or ID documents. Please don't send them. If you do, we will not use them and will delete them.

Why we use it

Only to arrange, confirm and deliver your session, to take payment, to process refunds, to answer your questions and complaints, and to keep the records the law requires. We don't sell your information or use it to advertise to you without your permission.

Who we share it with

• Cashfree Payments, to process payments and refunds.
• Meta (WhatsApp), to exchange messages with you.
• Our hosting and email providers, who store data on our behalf.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

Our website

Our website does not ask you to create an account. If we run online ads, we may use advertising measurement to learn whether an ad led to a booking, without identifying you personally to us.

How long we keep it

We keep booking messages for up to 30 days after our last conversation, unless there is an open booking, payment or complaint. Payment and booking records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (except records we must keep by law), and you can withdraw your consent to further messages at any time. Email [email protected]. We reply within 7 working days.
