Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you book or attend a session with Disha Dira Pranic Healing Center ("we", "us"). The business is operated by Shantha Rao, proprietor, trading as Disha Dira Pranic Healing Center. By booking a session you agree to these terms.

1. The service

We offer a 15-minute first phone call and one-to-one pranic healing sessions of about an hour, at a distance or in person at our center in Bengaluru. Pranic healing is a complementary wellness practice. It is not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe or change medication, or promise any particular result. Do not stop or change any treatment because of a session with us.

2. Who can book

You must be 18 or older to book a session for yourself. Sessions for anyone else need their agreement, and for a minor, the booking must be made and attended by a parent or guardian.

3. Booking and payment

• A booking is confirmed only when we have received the full fee and sent you a confirmation message on WhatsApp.
• The fee is shown before you pay. Current fees, inclusive of all charges: ₹99 for a 15-minute first call, and ₹700 for a session of about an hour.
• A session is offered after the first call only if Shantha Rao feels it suits you. If it doesn't, the ₹99 is refunded.
• Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. We never ask for or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details.
• A screenshot of a payment is not a confirmation. If your payment went through but you have no confirmation, contact us and we will check it.

4. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

These are set out in our cancellation and refund policy.

5. Conduct

We ask everyone to be respectful. We may decline or cancel a booking and stop replying to anyone who is abusive, harassing or sexually inappropriate. If we cancel a paid session for this reason, we will refund any session that has not taken place.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with a session is limited to the fee you paid for that session. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.

7. Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version shown when you book applies to that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
